"Matthew was very kind and professional. He took a Sunday “emergency” call for what I thought was urgent, which thankfully turned out not to be. He took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand and provided options to consider for the future. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone without reservation, and I plan to have him come back in the near future for some work I need done. It was a great experience. A+ customer service!"

A few days ago, my water heater started leaking, and I was worried it was going to turn into a big, expensive problem.
