"We recently had a sump pump issue that caused flooding in our basement. We called Matt and within 2 hours he had arrived, assessed the situation, took out the old pump, went and bought a new pump, and installed it. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend."

"Matt answered our emergency call after 1 am and came right over to service our furnace. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Very informative and made sure everything was okay before he left. "I used lakeside mechanical for when my heater wasn’t working for multiple months. During this extremely frustrating time of dealing with not having hot water, and heat (for a short period of time) Matt was GREAT. He was very communicative. He was flexible with his time and would come by to assess an issue last minute when needed. He only charged us for what he fixed and he always checked in multiple days after assessing an issue to see if everything was still working okay, and if it wasn’t he would come right back out. Matt was friendly, attentive and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever have trouble again this is who I will call."
